LUXURY HOMES and ESTATES - MARKETING PACKAGE

ART DIRECTION

The commercial publishing project for Luxury Homes and Estates was designed to showcase upscale properties through a bold and visually immersive format. The editor’s vision was to create a high end magazine that would immediately capture attention with dramatic full bleed photography and elegant layouts that reflected the luxury lifestyle of the homes being featured. Art directing this project meant shaping a visual experience where every page emphasized sophistication, scale, and detail.
The final publication grew into an impressive eighty four page magazine filled with curated feature sections and key editorial spreads. I led the creative direction of the project while organizing the work of the sales representatives and coordinating design requirements with their clients. My role also involved working directly with the printer to manage pre press production, ensuring that color, imagery, and layout translated perfectly into the final printed edition before completing the full proofing process.
To extend the brand beyond print, I also developed a strong online presence that included a website featuring interactive elements and a digital flip version of the magazine. A modern horizontal media kit was created to support the advertising strategy, presenting clear sales data and key marketing features for prospective partners. The project was produced in collaboration with editor and producer Kamil Vrablik, bringing together editorial vision and design to create a polished luxury publication.
